He goes on scary rides with the kids so I don't have to.....

He is building me a house....

He cuts down my Christmas tree and slays my dragons....
On Sunday I was glad that Mike was a plumber and still had all the tools to get the roots (there were so many they could equal the size of a basketball) out of the line without having to pay someone to come do it, especially on Sunday. Today I am grateful that he takes the responsibility to call the pumpers to come pump the septic tank because it is so full we can't flush the toilet. I am grateful he let me brush my teeth last night. I am grateful he budgets the money so I don't have to worry if we have the money to pay the pumper dude (we wouldn't have it I was still the budgeter. I am grateful that he doesn't have a long day at work so he can deal with them because he knows what he is talking about, and they won't try to blow smoke (I hope that is okay to say, we say it all the time, and I am not sure if it is appropriate). I am grateful that he is taking the kids so I can go to my volley ball Christmas party with out them today. He laughs at my jokes and thinks I am very funny (He didn't used to, I still laugh when i think about the times he has gotten mad at my jokes) I am grateful that he works so hard everyday and he is willing to make the sacrifices so that I can stay at home and nurture the children. He is the best...and he's all MINE!
So lovin that last picture...that falls into one of your jokes categories, right? I'm so glad too. You two really are so perfect for each other and I think you get more so as the years go on...I love it!
